TYPE OF DATA COLLECTED FOR THE CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
Registration on our website is necessary for the conclusion of the contract and the processing of the order.
The data collected are as follows:
  • First and last name;
  • Address for billing and delivery;
  • E-mail address;
  • Invoicing and payment details;
  • Date of birth;
  • Telephone number.
The data collected is necessary to process the order.

LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
The Holder processes Personal Data relating to the User if one of the following conditions is met
  • the User by placing the order has, indirectly, given his consent;
  • the data processing is necessary for the performance of the contract with the User;
  • the processing of the data is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation to which the Holder is subject;
  • the processing of the data is necessary for the performance of a task of public interest by the Holder;
  • the processing of the data is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Holder or of third parties.

However, it is always possible to ask the Holder to clarify the concrete legal basis of each processing and in particular to specify whether the processing is based on the law or provided for in the contract.

STORAGE PERIOD
Data will be stored and collected for the performance of the contract and until the expiry of any legal or contractual guarantees. After the expiry of this period, we will retain information concerning the contractual relationship only for the purposes of tax law and for the periods provided for by Italian law. During this period the data will only be processed in the event of an assessment by the Italian tax authorities.

The User's payment data will be passed on to the payment service providers commissioned by us to process the payment.

The user's delivery address data will be passed on to logistics companies and shipping partners commissioned by us. In order to ensure that the goods are delivered in the manner requested by you, we will pass on your e-mail address and, if necessary, your telephone number to the logistics company and/or
shipping partner commissioned by us to make the delivery.

If necessary, these parties will contact you prior to delivery to arrange delivery details.

METHODS OF PROCESSING
The Data Holder takes all appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of the User's Personal Data.
Management is carried out by means of computerised tools and with organisational methods related to the purposes indicated.

PLACEMENT
The Data are processed at the Holder's operational headquarters and in any other place where the Holder is located.

The User's Personal Data may be transferred to a country other than the one in which the User is located. To obtain further information, the User may contact the Holder.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The User Data are collected by the Holder in order to provide the requested service, comply with legal obligations, respond to requests or enforcement actions by public authorities, protect its rights and interests, including those of Users or third parties.

RIGHTS OF THE USER
Users may exercise certain rights with regard to the Data processed by the Data Holder.

In particular, the User has the right to:

  • access their data;
  • revoke consent at any time;
  • object to the processing of their Data;
  • verify and request rectification;
  • obtain the deletion or removal of their Personal Data;
  • obtain the limitation of the processing;
  • receive their Data or have them transferred to another data controller;
  • file a complaint.

It is understood that any request by the User, with reference to the restriction and/or deletion of his/her personal data, will result in the impossibility of the execution of the contract and/or termination of the contract with possible charges to be incurred by the User.
